I’d like to show you one of our best makeover… this is a very large bathroom with a bathtube, a shower, a couple of sinks, wc and bidet  (we are in Italy!). When I met my clients they had a very old-style bathroom, they bought their apartments some years before without change anything of this room so it was very classic and boring; there was a lot of heavy elements and there was a lot of wasted place.

My Architectural & Design Studio decided to leave the same position at the items but to change everything that was possible to change. We replaced the old pipes and covered with a resin floor that looks like concrete the old (ugly) tiles and we used slaked lime on the ceiling and the top of the walls.

We made a plasterboard ceiling above the shower and use spots RGB Led.

We created a new wall behind the wc to insert a cabinet as storage with sliding panels covered with mirrors.

Mi piacerebbe mostrarvi uno dei nostri migliori makeover… questo è un grande bagno con una vasca, una doccia, un paio di lavabi, wc e bidet. Quando ho incontrato i miei clienti avevano un bagno molto vecchio stile, poichè avevano acquistato il loro appartamento alcuni anni prima, senza cambiare nulla di questa stanzache risultava banale e un po’ noiosa; c’erano un sacco di elementi pesanti e di contro c’era un sacco di spazio sprecato.

Il mio Studio di Architettura e e Design, in accordo con la Committenza, ha deciso di lasciare la stessa posizione  dei sanitari ma di cambiare tutto ciò che era possibile cambiare. Abbiamo sostituito i vecchi tubi e coperto con un pavimento in resina  cementizia le vecchie (e brutte) piastrelle e abbiamo usato un grassello di calce spatolato sul soffitto e la parte superiore delle pareti.

Abbiamo fatto un controsoffitto in cartongesso sopra la doccia e incassato spot LED RGB.

Abbiamo creato un nuovo muro dietro il wc per inserire un capiente armadietto con ante scorrevoli rivestite di specchi.
